Smart Energy Code Modification Proposal (SECMP0013) seeks to amend the SEC and DCC systems to provide Suppliers with a means of performing quality assurance and fault diagnostics on SMETS2 devices returned by Meter Operatives.
A revised preliminary assessment is expected by the DCC in early April 2019. The modification is currently on hold until a response is received from the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC).
